Our solutions are tailored to your needs

A typical assignment begins with the customer having an idea of how to develop, simplify, and streamine a manufacturing process. We are involved as early as possible in the conceptualization stage in order to be able to help you with a quick and smooth process all the way to a finished product. Our rubber materials and production processes are complex and it is essential to get it right from the start. This is to ensure that costs and timelines are adhered to.

Idea
We walk our clients through the whole project. We then set-up requirements and weigh this against a variety of alternatives regarding lead times and costs.

Quote
A quote is submitted and accepted or otherwise adjusted according to your needs. We do risk assessments step by step in order to be able to deliver what we promise.

Samples
Tools are designed and manufactured. The materials are mixed and subjected to material testing. The production of the initial sample will start immediately after the mould is ready. The measurement of the parts are carried out and certificates are made at the time of delivery.

Series manufacturing
Following approval of the initial sample we begin production, and the final delivery will be made according to the agreement.

Equipment that realizes the product

Fogutek has always focused on high quality and level of service for our equipment. Our purple injection presses come from the Austrian company Maplan. Our rolling mills and compression presses are made in Sweden. Our lab is equiped with modern equipment used for testing rubber products, both in non-vulcanized and vulcanized form. All of our equipment is serviced and calibrated on a regular basis.
